Seaweeds of Southern Australia is a collaboration between Rachel Pitts (recipe writer, cooking teacher and lover of food), and Alex Hotchin (cartographer and illustrator).
This is a foragers guide which delves into ten wonderful edible seaweeds of the Great Southern Reef, including what to look for on your beach wanderings, and how use your seaweed finds in the kitchen.

As we are a proud secondhand and reuse retailer, some marks or scuffs will naturally occur on furniture, as evidence of their long lifespan so far. Our processing team do our best to minimise marks and ensure items are function and quality tested. We aim to document all marks on items in the website photos or item descriptions.
