Shipping policy

HIGH DEMAND Shipping and Delivery note:

We currently are experiencing a higher demand for delivery than usual, which means our regular delivery timeframes are being extended. We a small social enterprise, dedicated to making the most of everything and do all processing ourselves: from collecting furniture, cleaning it, selling it and delivering it. We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Green Collect proudly delivers to customers based in Metro Melbourne, with shipping costs calculated at checkout. Shipping is determined by your address, distance from our Braybrook warehouse and total weight of items in your cart. 

Furniture Deliveries:

  • After you order, our team will review the logistics needed and send you an email within 3 days with an expected delivery date. We aim to deliver within 5-10 business days from your original order, subject to logistics availability. 
  • Delivery is within business hours Monday - Friday, 9-5pm
  • We are a ground floor/front door dispatch only, and unable to support moving furniture indoors or upstairs.
  • We ask that customers provide assistance to drivers on receiving end. 

*Note that the above lead times quoted are in business days and deliveries to Metro Melbourne only. However, if you live in a remote area, you should consider 5-10 additional days for the items to reach you. Please reach out to discuss your order if needed earlier. 

Please note - Green Collect reserves the right to refund or deny any deliveries outside of a 40km radius of our Braybrook Warehouse. 

Australia Post/Small Items Shipping:

  • Order will be packed within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. 
  • Shipping Monday - Friday, between the hours of 10am - 5pm. 
  • Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. 
  • You will be sent a tracking number once dispatched.
  • Parcels don't require signatures and will be left if safe or alternatively taken back to your local post office for collection. 
  • Express post available on select items. 
 
Experienced Delays:
If your parcel has not arrived within 15 business days of the date you placed your order please email us at hello@greencollect.org advising your name, order date and order number.
  
International and Interstate Shipping:
Green Collect does not currently offer shipping internationally or outside of Melbourne. If you are interested in shopping with us from outside of Victoria you will have to arrange your own delivery. Green Collect does not take responsibility for damages/issues that occur with couriers arranged privately by customers.

Pick Up Policy:
We can hold pickup orders onsite for 28 business days (3 weeks) from when you receive your collection confirmation. We cannot hold items onsite longer than 28 days for pick up - post this time period, orders will be cancelled. Refunds will not be issued for items not collected. 

Refunds are not eligible for items not collected within the 28-day timeframe. 

Please note that our pick up times in our Braybrook warehouse are Monday - Friday, 10am to 4pm
