Heavy/Large Item Handling and Logistics Confirmation

As we are a proud secondhand and reuse retailer, our aim is to find second-life outcomes for items, both big and small. We aim to document all measurements and weights of items in the item description, and are open to answering questions about items prior to purchase.

We ask that you acknowledge the size and weight of the item prior to purchase and ensure you have the right space to accomodate. This includes things like, checking your doorframe, having people on-site as support to load, etc. Green Collect cannot be accountable for items that do not fit in our customer's spaces. Being a small (but mighty!) social enterprise, our warehouse and delivery team are often making multiple trips in a single day and so, cannot physically and logistically bring items back to our Warehouse due to size being incompatible with customer doorframes, homes, etc. 

Please ensure you view all appropriate measurements and acknowledge our policy below. Customers will be responsible for covering costs of returning large/bulky items to our Warehouse.
