Building opportunities to connect in Braybrook.

At the end of October, local grassroots organisations banded together to build the inaugural Green West Fest, a celebration of sustainable living and community in the Western Suburbs.

Powered by us here at Green Collect, the Green West Fest hosted various activities, including a fashion parade led by Style with Soul, food stalls from local favourites like Akea, warehouse tours and lots more fun! The sun was shining, with families and locals coming out to spend time engaging with their community. Events and festivals like this demonstrate just how important community gatherings can be. The goal is in 2025 and beyond to see more events like this, to bring together Braybrook and surrounding suburbs, and to allow diverse communities to meet and connect.

The Green West Fest was made possible with funding from the West Gate Neighbourhood Fund.

As a not-for-profit social enterprise, we specialise in finding environmental solutions for diverse secondhand goods, from ex-corporate furniture collected through our circular services to preloved clothing received via donations. Our retail stores in Braybrook and Yarraville are a hub for high-quality clothing, secondhand furniture and ethical gift ideas.

We are now open 7 days a week for the Summer! Pop by our circular stores for more opportunities to connect, explore and experience the best circular economy pracitioners in the West every day of the week.
